8. TELL ( Technology-Enhanced Language Learning ) คือ การปรับปรุงเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการเรียนรู้ภาษา
9. MUD ( Multi-user Dungeon/ Multi-user Dimension ) คือ ไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
10. MOO ( Multiple Domain Object Oriented ) เป็นระบบของการสื่อสารที่เป็น แบบซิงโครนัสที่ผู้ใช้ (users) สามารถปฏิสัมพันธ์กันได้ด้วยการพิมพ์ข้อความ (text) โดยผู้สื่อสารกันนั้นสามารถ เลือกห้องหรือสถานที่สนทนากันได้ซึ่งผู้สนทนาจะต้องอยู่ในสถานที่ที่เรียกว่า room เดียวกัน
